Terry Kilakos is the founder of the North East Real Estate & Mortgage Agency. He is a chartered real estate and mortgage broker and has been in the mortgage industry since 2006. He has been voted #1 Mortgage Broker in Quebec and top 20 Mortgage Brokers in Canada year after year. Known as Montreal’s mortgage guru, Terry has been hosting The Real Estate Show on CJAD 800AM for many years and has been on the radio since 2008 with the purpose of educating the public. His mission is to offer a complete solution to every client which is the core of his multi-disciplinary firm which offers mortgage services, real estate brokerage, insurance, investments and notarial services. In 1999, Terry worked as a financial security advisor at Investors Group and dabbled in network design and communication. He came back to his finance passion in 2006 when he became a mortgage broker and later on launched his own agency at which he is at the helm today. Terry participates in many industry-related decisions and his commentary is of great value when mortgage changes occur in Canada. Terry has been a voice for the mortgage industry in the media and in political settings and has many plans to revolutionize the Canadian mortgage industry in the near future.
