Mr. Saraylian has over twelve years of experience in corporate/commercial real estate, namely in strategic planning, market research and financial analysis of diverse real estate assets. He is specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial properties with an expertise in corporate tenant representation. He has been previously employed with multinational corporations such as American Airlines, American Express and HSBC. Within his wide list of clients, we find BMO, United Way, Riocan, Pomerleau, SmartCentres, etc. Mr. Saraylian was named 2015 Finalist of the ARISTA ‘Young Executive of Quebec’ Contest of the Young Chamber of Commerce of Montreal. Also, was named No. 1 sale broker of “the Tour des Canadiens Phase 1” project by Canderel, Cadillac Fairview, FTQ and Molson. Mr Saraylian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University). Being multilingual speaking English, French, Italian, Spanish, Armenian and Turkish, he has multi- ethnic customers.
